Haikus 1-5

Haiku #1:
Anger- At myself
The pain that I can not kill
A tragic sorrow

Haiku #2:
Sunday morn' 'tis here
I see that the hour draws near
The sermon- My fear

Haiku #3:
The minister's veil
The mask that he always wears
As the people stare

Haiku #4:
For I serve one God
When asked of my faith- I nod
My sacred honor

Haiku #5:
The dove- So peaceful
I am content- The least full
As a bird- I'm free
