The End

by Kahlan   Jan 18, 2005

Golden flecks of sunlight play across the majestic ocean
Tears are falling down my cheeks
As the sun shines making them golden
As they glisten in the morning dew
There’s no one here to watch
There never really is
The lives of people running by don’t stop to think about me
I’m a constant in the universe
A building block of lead
If only they would listen
Maybe things would be okay
But that will never happen there pride is way to big
So I cry my golden glistening tears of dread
And wait for it all to end
