Snow

by Sinister Soire   Jan 19, 2005

Purity in its original state
Is clean and clear always white
Like a school boy's fresh clean slate
before a perilous plight

Virgin cloth and innocence too
Are what all think of as purity
But nothing can make you less blue
As the symbol of comfort and security

Snow blankets the ground
In soft layered sheets
Nothing anywhere to be found
Not even the cars are on the streets

A snow day for all
The work parents as well
The snow did all fall
The last though is of a burning hell

The perfect flakes are falling
Not a pair of two alike
The storm never abating
To create the beauty of a hike

The purest form on our earth
And it’s falling from the sky
It is everything its worth
The beauty is enough to cry
