Alone

by AynJal   Jan 19, 2005

I’m shivering against the cold
Icicles with the water dripping down
I’m fighting against being alone
Wind whistling through the crowds
I know what I can’t stand
But when it really matters
It’s what you and I can’t
Cause our bond is shattered
You’re shaking against my flesh
Shifting on to one side, watch your feet
You’re stammering, arms on chest
Walking away, don’t say good bye to me
