Here comes the bride...

by summer   Jan 20, 2005

Wedding bells are ringing,
Birds in the sky are chirping,
Angels of heaven are singing,
For here comes the bride.

Glittering with a diamond tiara,
Stunning in that white satin gown,
Shimmering in those silvery shoes,
Ever radiant, with a smile, she glows.

Adorned with elegance she steps through the door,
She hears gasps, she sees a drop of jaws,
She walks to him, she whispers, “Darling, I am yours”
He answers, “This is the angel I’ve been waiting for.”

Exchanging vows from the bottom of their hearts,
Saying in unison, “Till death do we part.”
Joy and love divine, this new life is filled,
With a tender true kiss, eternally sealed.
