My Daddy

My daddy,
he's got a disease,
or so that they say,
I hope he gets better,
one of these days,

he always drinks,
from that one big bottle,
its filled with grape juice,
that makes you twitch when you swallow,

mom doesnt like that,
she yells and cries,
she says it isn't good for him,
and will be happy the day he dies,

maybe shes lying,
unable to convey,
the true feelings she has for him,
since they might decay,

over time he might die,
in an ignorant way,
drinking so much,
it will take him away,

maybe I will love him then,
perhaps I might care,
and even if mommy doesn't,
maybe my feelings others will share,

so I'm here to ask,
for any help or such,
if you can help my daddy,
it would mean so much....

I found this a while ago, i don't know if i really like it.
