Clairvoyant Love

by Dark Savior   Jan 21, 2005

I sit here feeling sad; feeling mad
all the memories that we had

those eyes so beautiful and brown
look to them; my sorrows they did drown

we could have a conversation; without a word
our love flew higher then an eagle or a bird

sometimes i wonder where we went wrong
but it is just the same ol' song

you cheated and you seemed to love him more
now our love is locked behind his bedroom door

you didn't understand why i was at her side
my grandma meant more to me then your pride

you've moved on and so have i
you said you cried; i know it was a lie

i live in the present; the now, the here
my future?..no one knows, not even a seer

I don't like the flow of your poem, the syllables are quite off. I like the feeling put into it though.

This is an awesome poem...only thing I saw wrong was a couple grammatical mistakes...mail me if you want to know them, some people get offended when you point them out ya know?

I agree with Rua Francis, that is truly mint as a quote by itself.
