Not Like You

You always put me down,
Do you like me wearing a frown?
Just because my feelings I can hide,
Doesn't mean I'm on your side.
I don't show the truth to you,
Because then I'd know you knew.
That you do beat me down inside,
I've smiled and I've lied.
I hate that I can't do anything to show,
That I do really think that your low.
And I don't think I need you in my way,
Not showing all the things I wish I would say.
But I shutter of the thought,
Of what you really think you taught.
You think you can teach me to be just like you,
For that I won't say "yay!" I'll say "boo".
I'll never be the way you are,
I'm away and I'm so far.
I hope I never even get to see,
How mean you could really be.
I won't stop to put myself in your shoes,
If I did so many things I would loose.
I don't want to be like you,
I'd hate myself too!
So stop trying so hard to make me feel bad,
Because now when I look at you I feel sad.
I feel sorry for you because I know in my heart,
That you and your cold mind will never be ripped apart!
So I'll avoid talking to you when ever I can,
I know I'm not your biggest fan,
I don't need your crap in my face,
I can't wait to leave this place.
To be without you forever,
Never again, NEVER!
Will I ahve to be put through this,
I won't even want to miss.
What you had in mind for me,
What you wanted me to be.
I'll wake up at dawn,
And then I'll be gone!
