I thought we'd we together forever
I thought we'd be the ones to stay in love
you were everything I ever wanted
my angel sent from up above

The pain you're making me feel
I can't even begin to say
we were so happy I thought
but now all that's gone away

you told me you loved me
and you meant the world to me
but you lied and cheated
though I was too blind to see

I caught you two together
I couldn't believe you were with your X-boyfriend
and it's so hard to know
that this is really the end

you said you never meant to hurt me
when you called that next day
you even said you still want me
but to get over you I need to find a way

because I can't help but feeling
that I still need you right now
I have to make my feelings go away
but I just don't know how

I can't let you back in my life
I treated you like a queen
but it doesn't even matter
you say you still love me but I don't even know anymore what that could mean

you said he treated you badly
but then why would you cheat on me with him though
you say you don't want us to end
but this is your fault and I just wanted you to know
