The Light to MY path

The day slowly ended
And so Did I-
The Sun said its Goodbyes
As the Moon began to light
Up the sky.

Darkness slowly covered
The sky, it was ready
to remind me of
How I lived the days
That now reside in the past-

I softly think, As I watch-
The lustrous sky, indeed
The moon too-
How gentle are you-
I whispered to thee-
How caring are you-
How gentle you are
You offer to me, more than
Man-Oh YOU offer to me
Your silence, and the will
To understand-
You will judge me not-
As I will speak and reveal
The deepest parts of me.

Oh how you continue to shine
Your light on me, and oh
How you quietly, listen
To me-
My cries are often
Like that brusque rain,
My cries often bring
Thunder that no one can
bear.

I know no one hears
And that No one cares-
But I know the one
Who values me, will
Always wipe away-
The tears I had shed.
I join you tonight-
I know you will understand,
As I speak to you about
My day-I know you will see
What no one can see-
I know you will comfort me-
Oh MOON-I know you
That You will-
I ask one favor of you tonight-
Hear me oh gentle light-
Shine your light upon
Every lonely spirit tonight-
Let your light glow-let them
Know-they shouldn’t fear the
Night at all.

Oh Light of lights-Oh
The luminosity for the
Darkest days and night
NEVER
Depart from my life.
