Highway Suicide

by cait   Jan 23, 2005

Sometimes the cars go so fast
It makes you realize that the good things never last
Sometimes you have to keep on driving
So no one can notice that you’re really crying
Sometimes the cars and trucked pass you by
Is it your final destination, suicide?
Everything becomes blurry
You take no notice to the fact that you’re the only one in a hurry
The radio stops playing your favorite songs
Kinda makes you wonder just exactly where you went wrong
His voice, it’s ringing in your ears
Your eyes, they flood with tears
Your car spins out of control
All of the sudden your steering wheel is something you can’t hold
Sometimes the cars go so fast
And all of the sudden, you’re nothing but a memory of the past
