She's Like The Wind

by Seth   Jan 25, 2005

She comes out of nowhere,
she comes in a breeze,
she makes it all tremble,
at least what she sees.

And she sees me,
but I am a tree,
but her fervor of passion,
goes right through me.

For I am hollow,
strong from the outside,
when she comes around,
I want to hide.

But I cannot,
for I am stuck in the Earth,
do I do it on purpose,
do I want the worst?

Why don't I lift my roots,
and leave her there,
just a memory,
on that old soil square.

Do I wish for the feelings,
she brings so fast,
then brings back the pain,
like in the past.

She's like the wind,
she can cool and relieve,
but she can topple this tree,
if fit she sees.
