Into that little girl that he loved with all his heart

She was like a daughter
He was like a dad
The love he had for her can never be understood
Can never be had
She always took for granted
All the little things he did
Now he’s gone
And she can no longer be the kid
Everything he did
With all his care
But did she ever say I love you
No, she never dared
Now she misses him like crazy
He was the most important thing in the world
When you lose somebody you love
Everything turns into a twirl
He had Cancer
And died a painful death
She didn’t even got to say goodbye
For that she wishes she’d die
She wishes she’d let him know how much she loved him
How much SHE cared
And that if she’d get another chance
How much SHE’D be there

You were my dad at heart
