Big Brother

by Stitch   Jan 26, 2005

My sleeves are soaked
from all the tears I cried today
I find it hard to get it out
and say what I wanna say

And that's not common for me
I can tell you anything
I miss laughing at you
trying to sing

Ever since the day I was born
you've always been right by my side
Every new place we went
I had my big brother for a guide

We played for hours on end
God knows you're my best friend
And I'm praying you'll come soon
so we can eat sandwiches at noon

It scares me to death
thinking of you not being there
You looked so funny
with that really short hair

I watched you turn into a man
from just a little boy
I'm still really sorry
about the batman toy

You're such a brave soldier
and I always will remember
my big brother and me
forever and ever
