Life at a glance

Thru life we encounter friends
Thru life we encounter enemies
We shall have good times
We shall have bad times
We shall be loved
We shall be hated
We will feel pleasure
We will feel pain
Many faces we shall see
Many faces we shall remember
Many more faces we shall forget
Some things will work out
Others just won’t,
No matter how hard we try
At the end of it all
One question remains
In everyone’s mind
Was it all worth it?
