I speak to you online
I hear how bad you feel
That misery is also mine
I wish it wasn't real

I wish I could erase
Every bad thing in your head
But your misery stays
And now you wish you were dead

And I wish I had the words to say
To convince you for good
That you have to stay
I'm sorry your friends never understood…

I'm sorry for all your pain
I wish I could turn back time
And have you smile again
Your misery is a crime

You're young, should be happy
And yet you ache to die
I look at you, and see me
And I begin to cry

I wish, I wish with all my heart
I could do up fast
All that’s fallen apart
And erase your unhappy past

But all I can do
Is sit and talk over the Internet
Hoping I don't lose you …
Read this, and never forget:

You are worth so much more
Than those people make you feel
You have SO much to live for
And happiness, however far it seems, is real.
