I get so confused

I dont know if I love you, or if I hate you

Our relationship is a mystery

Uncertain and mysterious

At night I think about you while i try to piece together my scattered and undetermined emotions..

I try so hard to distinguish my true feelings for you

But it's not easy to seperate love, from lust

When they're hidden in a situation as murky as this one

My judgement of character is paralyzed

Staring into the wonder of your deep brown eyes

You take me into a whirlpool of tears and emotion

When all I ask for, is your love and devotion

When you know you're in trouble

You give me romance

And distract me from my anger

With your large palmed hands

One minute I love you, and then the next

Our relationship becomes so complexed

But at the end of the night when i lay down

I close my eyes and think about

How much I care and how unfair

It is for me to not be there..

But then I remember this is our test

When all our doubts can be confessed

Is this love or is this lust

And this thing whats best for us?
