Silent Prayers

by They Call Me Megan   Jan 31, 2005

I pray for him tonight as I lay my head on the pillow
The silent tears stream down my face
No sound, no light, no movement
Just the gentle sobbing of a girl who has lost her shining star
I hope for no more grief, no more tears, and no more heartache
But yet when the heartache fades away a hole is left
A hole that will never be filled
A hole that holds the remains of the memories I know so well.
