Good morning
The sun is out
It's another day
So much to do
So much to say
Wake up
It's time to take me to school
I'm not prepared to watch another duel
Please wake up
Don't just role your eyes
Don't grasp my heart
And make me cry.

I sit in the car
Your still at home
I wish I didn't leave you alone
I sit in fear
This terrible ache
Afraid that you will not wake
My step fathers pissed
At the fact you didn't get up
Harsh words were hissed
My nerves kept me hushed.

Throughout the day
I tried to fake a smile
Everything will be OK
But maybe that's just my denial
Don't know what to do
Don't know what to say
I just wish it was another day.

I came home to an empty house
Your in the hospital
Eager to get out
You see everyones reaction
Including mine
And you quickly regret your action
But telling me everything will be fine.
