Just friends

Just friends, I say, is all we'll be,
because he is the one who can't see,
how much I care and what I feel,
why can't my dreams just all be real.

If they were real then you would be,
not with her, but with me,
why cant you see, all I want is you,
why cant you just tell me you like me too.

But alas, I see that you can not,
so we must stay in this very spot,
so, just friends, is what we'll be,
only friends, until you notice me. ©
