I wonder why
Why this hurts so bad
I wonder why
This feeling makes me so sad

I wonder if you really see
See what you mean to me
I wonder if you really care
How bad it hurts to know you're not there

I wonder if you really feel
Feel the same I do
I wonder if you understand
That this feeling is so real

I wonder if you see the tears
That are hidden behind the smile
I wonder if you see my fears
The fears that I've had for miles

I wonder if you really know
How empty I feel
I wonder if you see that I don't glow
Because this pain is so surreal

I wonder if you understand
That you have my heart
I wonder if you comprehend
How much I'm torn apart

I wonder if you realize
What it's like without you by my side
I wonder if you recognize
How this feeling keeps me traumatized

I wonder if you really mean
That someday we will be
I wonder if you have seen
That I love you still and will always
