Our Beautiful Planet

by ♥-Sharon Ardern-♥   Feb 4, 2005

Beautiful stars
Shining down
An ocean of beauty
I could just drown

The moon
Watching always
Even at night
His smile stays

And the soft grass
Beneath my feet
Pure and luxurious
When grass and skin meet

The trees bowing
Down in the wind
Being whipped
As if they’ve sinned

A blanket
Of pure black sky
Lay down feel the rain
Hear the world cry

As another tree
Falls to the ground
Listen to the teary rain
Such a mournful sound.
