I look into the mirror
Too find a reflection
A picture that is not real
Cause’ underneath is far from perfection

People say they know me
But they only see this skin
They don’t bother to look beyond
Into this broken angel within

Pieces of my shattered heart
That will never mend
Happy feelings torn apart
Left with this knife as my only friend

Like a bad memory
I’m left behind
Too become something forgotten
Something no one wants to find

If there’s a reason for everything
Then please tell me why?
How can everyone else be loved?
And I’m left to die?
