My man

by Candy   Feb 6, 2005

Stale and cold air
He awakes from his rest
Enclosed in a box
He struggles inside
But shut closed tight
No way to break free
I bet, he never thought,
It would end up this way;

Said to be dead
He’s buried alive
At age 17
He’s too young to die
Got caught up in the world
I shouldn’t end like this
He did this to himself
And now it too late to go back

His family is mourning
His mothers a wreck
What happened to her little boy
The one she held so dear
The vibrant young man
Who’s smile turned to gloom
His countless bloody cries for help
Didn’t mean a thing to her

And now hes dead
Although still living
In a box, under ground
his air supply runs short
Soon he will take his last few breaths
Stuck in the coffin made out of fear.
