The Depth of my Love.

by Lark   Feb 6, 2005

I know this poem doesn't rhyme, but read it anyway.

My love comes from the depths of my heart. I didn't know I could love anyone so much until I met you.
You mean the world to me, and more. I see you, and look into your deep brown eyes, and I am lost in the wonders of your soul.
Without you, my life would be empty, a void filled with empty people who live, but conform. Without you, I wouldn't have a purpose, my life would be pointless.
You make my life, you make my day.
Life without you would be like walking through a graveyard.
Each tombstone a person, empty and without life, each one symbolizing someone who could have been, but instead just lived their life out without joy or comfort.
With you, it's like walking through the clouds.
Each cloud is another opportunity for hope, love, and life.
The clear blue sky is the boundary for us.
And if we fall, we catch each other.
