Earnhardt the Man

by Aaron Deevers   Feb 8, 2005

I watched you every Sunday
Cheering for you
Praying that you would win
You were a role model to me
If someone spun you
you would come back and repay them
You scared rookies to veterans
They called you everything
Some were good, some were bad
Only a couple described you best
The Man or Intimidator
Started out young and reckless
But then became a man that all respected
People cheer and booed you but they all loved you
You will never be forgotten
The number 3 lives on
