Beautiful Destruction

I lie in bed
Face drowned in tears
Eyes burned from crying
Left alone in my fears

Can't get out
There's only one way
And I'm really thinking
Thats today's the day

I'll finally be free
No more pain
Just have to wash my blood
Down the drain

By the time someone finds out
It'll be too late
I'll already be gone
Because it is my fate

So I pick up my knife
And drag it across my skin
It bleeds easier now
From being worn so thin

I've never seen
So much blood before
And I'm starting to rethink
My internal horror

Maybe it wasn't as bad
As it seems
But it got so escalated
In my dreams

My wrist is wide open
And I'm so glad to see
That my beautiful destruction
Has killed me
