Floating in water,
sits one single child,
the only one of either parent,
to be recorded and filed,

she breathes deeply,
unconscious but awake,
breathing from a mask,
her mind never to stir or break,

under the power of medical science,
unconscious by sleeping gas,
dreaming of a neverland,
full of flowing fields of grass,

in this jar she floats,
carefully kept alive,
next to another,
hoped deeply to survive,

the other’s features mimic hers,
their bodies perfectly inline,
her inorganic twin is this,
a clone perfectly align,

both without distictions,
same in ability,
nothing between them differs,
not even personality,

the girl of organic substances,
a name of Mary,
the ‘other’,
me,

Mary was brought to this,
unable to resist,
