No Good in This World

by Elizabeth Ruiz   Feb 8, 2005

The beat goes faster and faster
The tears race to the floor
The blood brakes away and becomes noticible
The tic goes on and on
The silence is cut with sobs
The face in the mirror is broken
She ruined the day once more
Her breathing becomes heavy
Thoughts and memories shout in her mind
Flashbacks of knives nad pills keep coming back
The family gathers together
To fest upon another birth
She sits alone in her room
Longing for a hug
Heart becomes cold
Skin turns pale
THey whisper in gossip
"our raising has failed"
Another feeling to prove her wrong
There's just no good in this world
