Hidden Pain (sonnet)

A Mask Of Joy To Conceal The Pain
To Hide The Darkness Inside Of My Soul
With Building Tears, A Fake Smile Will Remain
To Deceive The World Of What I Behold.

The Fierce Struggles Of Like Keep Building Up
Losing Faith And Trust Each Step Of The Way.
Looking For Answers From The Heaven’s Above
But My Lord Of False Has Nothing To Say.

Another Lost Soul Questioned In My Eyes
Leaking Words To Reveal My Hard Confession
With Lonliness And A Weak Heart, I Cry
In Depth Of A Lonely Lost Reflection.

Behind Closed Doors Remains Tears You Can’t See
Because My Pain Will Forever Reign In Me.

    Your Very Well versed in the way that you write things. I added you to my favorites list because we have a lot in common in our writing. I don't write as much as you do but i do like to write about poems and i do like to read poems.

    This was definately one of my more enjoyable peices.

    hehe great work Heather!! I really liked this one as I can relate to it quite a bit..the last line was an amazing way to close the poem! I really loved all of it! hehe keep on writting my friend!
