In the Eye of the Beholder

by Tiffany   Feb 10, 2005

Beauty is what blows me away
Like that of a rose in a bouquet
In someone's wise invincible thoughts
Knowledge by them is forever sought

Holding a special someone's hand
Sitting wiggling toes in the sand
Falling into a lover's embrace
Bodies hugging in blissful grace

The unique beauty in a person's eyes
Here is where whole beauty lies
No two eyes tell the same story
Some tell of sadness and some of glory

The beauty of love held within a kiss
For that sweet moment held within bliss
Connected together with love through our lips
Lost in the moment as my heart skips

Beauty is not always found in appearance
But sometimes through love and perseverance
Occasionally seen in bravery or courage
Always noticed, never hidden in camouflage
