Terror

by darkheart   Feb 10, 2005

That little girl in the corner's me,
Cowering from the vast surrounding dark.
Shadows approaches and grabs silently,
Knowing that it’s only me that they mark.

This is really mad like some kind of game.
There’s no place to turn, I know that I’m trap.
So I keep running to not go insane,
Trying to hide like a mouse to a cat.

Racing from this never-ending terror,
Trying to not look behind or back there.
The further I get, the more they’re nearer.
He knows it’s useless to run to nowhere.

Terrified, I know when I trip and fall,
That’s when darkness will come and claim me all.
