Silent

As I lie
awakened in the night,
In the cold
in my mind,
I am alone.
I try to turn
and awake myself
I dig depper
in the mist of
my mind
only to think
of the bad,
As the tears stream
down my face
my silent anger
my silent pain
my silent fear.
