Everyday

by Ashley   Feb 12, 2005

Everyday it remains the same
Never do you
Seem to change
Abusive father
Is what you are

In most child’s eyes
A hero is what they see
When they look to their father
But no not us
All we see is pain
Waiting to pour

Started when we were young
A little slap here and there
Now it still continues
Everyday it seems
Why can’t you just see
How much I hate you
For how you treat us

Everyday do I count
Each bruise that I received
From when you got mad
And us was the first you seen

***I Know this poem isn't that good, but it is what I feel about my father and I needed to get it out. So if you have any sugestions on what I can do,or anything to say about my poem please comment.***
