Chapters II

Auth's note: almost literally, continued from the last.
********************
Who wants to be around a sour puss? Something already done, where even the youth you once reflected these same symptoms would look at you with either utter hopelessness for themselves, robbed of their parents or guardians, even their guidance councilors promise that their experiences will conquer their common-age fears and doubts…or those same children that you once saw yourself as, given you their blunt opinion that you’re pathetic?

So we avoid returning to the fantasia of youth, once without responsibility. The whole of our goals when self discovery and finding yourself is the world, and for you that‘s a big enough mystery.

We grow up, and it’s now everything we had once dreaded as simple and unimaginative yet we let ourselves accept this as “a new phase”, making all the difference and we know then that it’s not a crime to embrace this new magic of love and independence.

With an even stability and a generous adventure beside our kin, our life long friends…and not impossibly, completely new influences to share in these adventures. We’re gaining skills and character, experience and preference, and once and for all a whole new education.

Life, simplified…society, complicated…and membership in that society, a smooth drama and weekend romance to share, a giving phase of ideals and general opinions while engaging an even deeper realm of intelligence, as we allow for our enrichment.

A few would maintain their open minds, whereas others born of a completely different character than ourselves are defined for you. You’ve become a people watcher. And your opposition are those who ignore evidence for an opinionated distraction or pre-registered approach, inconsiderate of individuality and broad possibility.

Right on. If only the edge was blunt too, eh?
