Silently she watches
inside her mind she screams
what is this? why is it here?
who brought forth this that haunts her dreams?
her eyes wide open with fear
the worst is here and evident
she wants to go back in time
instead of now, the present
she watches it take her friends
she dies slowly as it consumes them
she tries to convince herself that its not happening
she fights to remember when
this monster that haunts her dreams
the thing that she most fears
this thing that she despises
that haunted her through the years
this monster is made up of evil
of death and drugs and knives
its taking them, eating them
destroying all their lives
she cant stop the madness
she cant make it go away
why is all this happening?
why is everything not okay?
oh god, please help me!
i see it coming for me now!
i cant stop the pain and agony!
please someone show me how!
the haunter comes and grabs her
he mocks her tear stained face
he pulls up her sleeves next
and laughs at her disgrace
she cant stop this new insanity
she cant prevent what happens next
she takes out her knife and stares at her arm
and comences cutting her wrist
at she does this she grows angrier
she finds she cannot see
she stares at her invisble monster
and screams \\\\\\\"get off of me!\\\\\\\"
the monster stops attacking
then laughs and mocks again
\\\\\\\"dear girl,\\\\\\\" it says \\\\\\\"what are you thinking?
you cannot defeat me! you will never win\\\\\\\"
the girl collapses on the ground
and stares at the blood, now pooled
and knows that It is right,
she knows that shes a fool
she looks at it, and sighs,
said, \\\\\\\"yes, i know your right.\\\\\\\"
she takes a deep breath
says a prayer, and dies.
