What do I do ?

I just do not know anymore.
I told my friend what I was feeling
I told them i wanted to break up with you
But they told me
We were meant to be
They asked me how i could break up with you after how amazing you treated me
Everything to you did for me
Everything you said to me
We said we were meant to be together but forever doesn't always come
Since i have been with you i changed to much.
In a good way that is
But i cant always listen to my friends
Since i told them the whole story and why I want to break up with you,
they see my side and see where i am coming from
some of them think it is the right thing to do
Other say give it some more time
But I do not think things are going to change or get better
If anything they will get worse
I just don't know what to do.
Do I follow my heart and break up with you?
Or do I give love another shot?
