When I look out the window I see the blue sky,
The only thing I can think of is why?
When I look back the sky is becoming gray,
I can’t help thinking why you turned away,
I never did anything wrong,
Why did you keep me hanging on for so long?
I thought you were my friend,
But I guess this is how it ends,
I really thought you’d be there no matter what,
But now you’re gone, and I forgot,
You’re never going to come back to me,
I feel so sad, but you can’t see,
I will never let you go,
Even if the pain hurts me so,
I just want to know why you hurt me.
And why did you have to lie?
Why did you leave me alone and make me cry?
I just hope one day my dreams will come true,
But for now I sit and cry remembering the memories of you.
*this poem I did when I was in year 7, so it might sound weird.. but this was the special one that made me have a tear in my eye if I read it over and over again*
