Why do I care?

Why do i care,
Just what you think,
when i see my blood,
run down the sink.

The pain i feel,
is all too real,
even for me,
at the age of fifteen.

how do I know,
What love is,
every time i feel,
you run off with some girl.

i Love you,
with all my heart,
but I'm not here to be used,
I'm not here to be abused.

if you love me,
just say you care,
stay with me for once,
and tell me you'll always be there.

you stand there quiet,
not a word,
my worst nightmare,
has come into this world.

so i stand here,
alone, sorry & confused,
a cut on my wrist,
your words still hurt to.

i see the blood,
go down the sink,
run down the pipe,
and i think.

why do i care,
just what you think,
your the reason,
this cut is so deep!
