She thought she wanted it back

It was three years ago since she last spoke to him.
She tried very hard in the beginning to reach him but then she realized his love for her was gone.

Then last week she called and he answered.
She couldn't believe it and to hear his voice felt like heaven.
The butterflies and the heartacke started all over.

But she soon realized that he was not the same person.
What she thought could be again was only a dream.
Time changed things as it usually does.
But to let him go after wanting to talk to him for so long was hard to do.

Her love for him will always last but only for the person he used to be!
