Lying In My Own Blood So Red

by shattered and broken   Feb 16, 2005

Lying in my own blood so red
just lying on my bed
you walk in and see my face
Your heart begins to race
You flung your arms around me
You told me not to leave
You looked into my eyes you knew i was almost gone you yelled and screamed this is all wrong you tried to stop the blood you tried with all your might but deep inside you knew you couldn't win this fight So for hours you just held me and prayed I'd be alright
When you let go you heard me whisper and you bent down to hear, "I love you please never let me go. I'll save you a place in heaven when it's your time to go. Look into my eyes my darling you'll see my love is real. On those dark cold nights remember me and you'll feel my touch
and when you look up into the sky remember we'll never say good bye." Then the room was silent all you could hear was his sobs as he realized i was gone he wanted me back but he will always remember what i had said but for now all he did was hold me in my own blood so red lying on my bed.

thanks for reading! always-
