Can you not see?

This poem means a lot to me at the moment, i would really really appreciate any comments you have to give, and votes of course! Thank you for reading.

Silent tears fall from these deep longing eyes,
Staring into the dark, lonely skies,
Can anybody see this torn, shattered soul?
Will anybody help to again make her whole?
Or can you not see?

Tears of black thoughts and disregarded love,
Forgotten promises from angels above,
Can anybody see these pouring tears?
Will anybody take away these hurts and fears?
Or can you not see?

Holding herself in her aching arms,
Why does life have to bring more hurt and harms?
Can anybody see her wrapped up in hurt?
Will anybody help pick her up from the dirt?
Or can you not see?

All that’s left of what was stolen and burned,
Love and joy, to misery it has turned,
Can anybody see the shreds that are left?
Will anybody give back things taken by theft?
Or can you not see?

No boy left to care for this lonely child,
She was never cruel, just loving and mild,
Can anybody see she needs someone to touch?
Will anybody take her in and love her so much?
Or can you not see?

Dark strands hang in front of a sullen face,
Of a girl who is lost and cant find her place,
Can anybody see she has nowhere to turn?
Will anybody show her and stop her soul from burn?
Or can you not see?

Shattered glass surrounding her memories,
She has nobody now, nobody to please,
Can anybody see she is splintered and torn?
Will anybody give her someone to love, not to mourn?
Or can you not see?

This girl has been hurt before and now has been again,
Only sad, helpless words emit from her pen,
Can anybody see she has been hurt before, worse?
Will anybody help her lift this damned curse?
Or can you not see?

Restricted thoughts bind her to memories of past days,
When not trying her mind, it strays,
Can anybody see she has no strength now?
Will anybody help her find a way, somehow?
Or can you not see?

Forgotten girl whose tears blacken her bed,
At night dreams of him still enter her head,
Can anybody see she can’t just forget?
Will anybody help her understand why she can’t yet?
Or can you not see?

Can you not see her tears and her hurt?
Will you not stop her feeling like dirt?
Can you not try to look or understand?
Will you not just hold her hand?
Or can you not see?
