Tears I Shed

I shed so many tears,
on this lonely night;
And my body is so weak,
no longer can I fight.

I shed a tear for my family,
a tear for the pain;
One for this life,
and one cuz there’s nothing left to gain.

There is so much pain.
And if you were to see these tears,
you’d say it was rain.

My eyes are so swollen,
from all of this crying;
And with each tear I shed,
my soul is slowly dying.

and a tear for care;
One for the sadness,
and one cuz nobody’s there.
