Suicidal love

by peter   Jul 21, 2003

I see her sitting there,
In the corner of the room.
Heartbroken tears,
Fear on her soul
Quivering in confusion.
Clutching her arms around her naked body.
She whispers to herself,
the same words
again and again.
The burnt out candle on the table,
next to an empty bottle of gin
and an empty tub of tablets.
Whispering "It'll all be alright".
As she lays down her cold, pale head
and falls asleep.
