Reticent Soul

**wrote this in class today, lonely bored and had a pencil in hand so I let it go** lol

To be broken hearted,
absent in state of mind.
Searching for a reason
that I can never find.

Falling down deeper
each time I step up.
Tears outdo strength
with the lack of love.

False ambitions
from missing hope.
With all the struggles,
I cannot cope.

Silent screams
from this "heart of gold".
Misjudged by my audience
lives the reticent soul.
