The Food Chain

by Leah   Feb 18, 2005

My eyes are like a flooded river,
I'm constantly swimming,
And hunting you down...

You are low on the food chain,
And a canabal, you have just found...

I'm not insane,

I just love meat, blood, and human bones,

do not try to run from my slaughter cabin,

There are no phones...

Do not try to lock me up,
I'll slaughter and digest you all,

But for now,

I must answer...

The devils long awaited call...

Follow the markings of blood I leave on the trees,

Follow them, follow them,
back to me...

I will not hurt you, hunter,
If it is food you bring,

But I might take you with me...

For later... Or something...

Come away with me,
To a land of dusk,

Where eating humans skin and organs is a must...

To no one I put my trust...

Be careful...

When you crack a branch in the forest...

Or see a log cabin near a river...

Because if you look...
Just below the rivers surface...

What you see...

Might make you quiver...
