You told me that you loved me
and then you turned away
when i went to kiss you
that morning the other day

you and me were perfect
everyone would say
but then you didn\'t like it
and we went our separate ways

i used to love you
with all my heart
we used to hug, too
and you told me i was beautiful
and told me i was smart

i loved you alot
and i thought that you loved me
we rarely ever fought
but when we did
you were the first to say sorry

then you told me that was it
but I really, really loved you
and now, here i sit
really regretting the day i met you
