Remembering

by Whispering*Willow(Mercedes)   Feb 20, 2005

Remember the life that went by unseen,
Of normal mornings with normal routines.
I laugh at the memories that've flown by,
Now I look at myself and don't hear my sigh.
Is it all wasted? When I shut out existence?
Sometimes I feel like I'm masquerading resistance.
I don't have the answers nor half of the question.
Just take in all theories and those of suggestion.
Will all the shadows fade like the Sun?
I'm getting tired of making compromises to everyone.
The confusion and thoughts come down to the mind.
Life is like a video that you can't pause or rewind.
What's there to do when there's nothing else left?
Live on and remember.
