A friend is some one you can talk to,
About anything at all,
Personal issues, sex,
Nothing's too big or too small.

A friend will never judge you,
But accepts you for who you are.
They always stand by your side,
During peacetime and war.

A friend will lend you a shoulder,
To cry on when you're sad,
They'll prop you up when tired,
And pat you on then back when glad.

We all need good friends,
To support us when we're sick or well,
