I've lost everyone and everything,
To someone so dark and cold,
She pretends to be someone she's not,
That someone, I do know.
She walks alone,
On the dark damp streets,
Dreams of leaving this place,
Wants to leave it all behind,
Her thoughts in her head run deep,
She needs to feel she's pretty,
Needs someone to love her,
That girl everyone thinks they know,
That girl is like no other.
She cries at night,
She screams inside,
Wanting to let go,
Wanting to die.
That girl who everyone thinks they know,
Is sitting inside my head,
Wanted the ones she loves to read this,
But she knows that they will never see this,
For they are too blind to realize,
This girl's life is full of lies.
